About Jane Maikkula

I am a Senior in the Haslam College of Business studying Finance with a minor in Economics and collateral in International Business, preparing to graduate in December 2025. Being a member of the 1794 Honors and Scholars Program and the Business Fellows Honors Program have allowed me to foster intellectual growth, professional development, and amazing connections with peers and faculty at this university. I have found leadership within Alpha Omicron Pi, where I am currently serving our Panhellenic Council as the Vice President of Panhellenic Recruitment, where I am responsible for Organizing Panhellenic Recruitment for over 2300 incoming students. In addition, I am also currently serving as the Vice President of Finance for the on-campus organization Women in Finance. Other campus organizations that I am involved in are Kappa Alpha Pi, Pre-Law Fraternity and Women of Haslam. I have a strong academic background including coursework in Finance, Economics, and Microsoft Excel. I am looking for a summer internship to enhance my knowledge and experience in the Finance industry. My vision is to be successful in all areas of my personal and professional life. I believe in giving everything full effort, and I never want to fall short of that. I am extremely passionate about accountability, perseverance, and insightfulness. I aspire to demonstrate my values through my actions.
