About Jane Margerison

I have over three decades of experience in the mental health profession and I hope you find me caring, approachable and empathic. I use a person centred, relational, emotion focus approach as my foundation and then integrate somatic and experiential approaches including; Gestalt, NLP, hypnotherapy, transpersonal psychology/spiritual teachings, guided visualisation, mindfulness meditation, ego-states parts therapy, EMDR and EFT energy work to create a dynamic mind, body and soul way of working with clients. I specialise in supporting people to find peace and encourage them to become the best version of themselves by helping them let go of limiting beliefs, fears, self-doubt and anxieties. By gaining awareness, self-acceptance and confidence my clients can start enjoying their present moment, their 'NOW' and can start looking forward to a bright future.
