I am a results driven, effective and enthusiastic PMI (PMP) qualified Project Manager within automated warehousing installation, automated product introductions and real estate property development. I am a self-starter with a postgraduate business diploma and all-round financial and contract management experience, providing a mix of expertise required to lead projects to completion. I successfully contributed to the delivery of a number of complex international automated warehouse projects, ranging from £3m - £84m, from conception to completion. Introduced and implemented a pioneering new automated warehouse product, on-grid-robotic-pick. Implemented a first-of-a-kind complex product trial within a live working environment. Delivered multiple projects, with an emphasis on contract and financial management, in sustainable real estate development and wildlife conservation. Budget management of projects of up to £84m, for capital approval purposes, quarterly cash flow forecasting, monthly budget management and contingency reporting.
