In the legal industry, our most valuable resource is people. There are no factories, no inventory, no physical products. Every ounce of competitive advantage comes from the intelligence, experience, and strategy of the lawyers involved. Throughout my diverse legal career I've had a simple mission: empower individuals, law firms, and legal departments with the tools and expertise they need to succeed. I coach lawyers on how to reach the next level in their career, whether in-house or private practice. I help firms and legal departments take guesswork out of the hiring equation, identifying top talent that is a perfect fit for their culture, and not just a perfect resume. I consult with companies and firms, putting all the pieces together. Hiring, training, marketing, management, and business development may seem like disconnected silos. But, in fact, it is the interactions between these seemingly disparate functions that help me identify and create strategic advantage. Leveraging my experience and expertise, I partner with my clients, working with multiple stakeholders to construct a strategy that not only works on paper, but in practice as well.
