About Jane McGill

As a data analyst with over 10 years of experience in the market research industry, I enjoy applying my problem-solving skills to uncover insights from data. My career has given me the opportunity to contribute to nearly every stage of the research process - ranging from questionnaire design and survey programming to data cleaning, analysis, and presenting findings in reports. I primarily use IBM SPSS to conduct my analyses, but I’m also expanding my skill set by learning Python to meet the demands/needs of the industry (or industry expectations). This commitment to continuous learning allows me to bring creative solutions to my work and stay adaptable in a rapidly evolving field. Outside of work, I believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance to fuel my personal growth. In 2023, I started boxing and running, completing my first 5K in 2024. I’m excited to keep pushing my fitness boundaries with new challenges. When I’m not working or training, you’ll find me immersed in puzzles — whether solving jigsaw puzzles or tackling crosswords — as I enjoy the mental challenge they provide.
