I am a Servant Leader as I am a very Positive and Assertive Leader, whom builds and molds my associates with my leadership skills. I commit to empathizing, listening, and communicating with my associates. I assist in committing to building an individual for the future and helping people with not only their work life but their personal life. I show respect to individuals, motivate them to swim upstream, and celebrate with them by putting the associate first. I am Career Driven, People Driven, and Committed to the associates and customers by listening to their concerns and celebrating successes with them. I build trust with my associates and customers by being Honest at all times and if I do not know the answer, I reply back within the sundown rule to ensure them that I do care. Utilizing Touring to Teach Methods, I build stronger relationships with associates, learn something new from the associates, teach the associates something new, and follow up so the associate knows that I am here as a leader to assist them in learning, molding, and helping them progress to where they want to be as a leader themselves with Walmart!“What’s for you, Won’t go past you!”
