About Jane Moore

I am extremely grateful for my life and the experiences I have had. After travelling extensively, my husband and I had always planned to settle on the Sunshine Coast and start a family. That was over 26 years ago. I have a wide range of experience & extensive Airline knowledge which I am hoping can be utilised by a future employer. Not only can I offer my enthusiasm but my genuine work ethic. I believe I am patient, creative, understanding, calm, flexible, encouraging and organised. Having been in the aviation industry for a considerable part of my working life I have proven I consistently communicate effectively. My ability to draft accurate and concise correspondence and attention to detail are at a high standard. Throughout my career I have been committed to providing excellent front line customer service. I pride myself on my genuine approach, I have been nominated and received many service excellence awards, written and verbal compliments. I am motivated, able to relate to a wide range of people of all ages and cultures. I enjoy building and maintaining work relationships and have proven I am someone who can be relied upon to complete a challenging task whether within a team or by myself. I pride myself on my sound judgement, initiative and organisational skills. As a Flight Attendant confidentiality is a must as well as handling difficult situations with composure. Working within a team with not only time restrictions but other influences such as confined space, weather or unexpected emergencies, prioritising tasks is essential. It was imperative to have a clear understanding my own of duties and responsibilities whilst maintaining flexibility and supporting others to ultimately work together to achieve a high standard of service and safety for all on board. I am a hard working ethical and realistic person and have been acknowledged for my positive attitude.
