Jane is a Project Manager, Advisor in the Project Management Office. Jane is responsible for delivering successful DNA Conversion and Merger engagements – managing the day-to-day implementation relationship with clients, acting as the interface between Fiserv’s consultants and the FI’s subject matter experts, facilitating the resolution of issues and risks, and providing project management of the DNA implementation, including budget management, scheduling, metrics, quality, and communications. She is also an escalation point for addressing DNA issues, risks and changes that could impact a successful delivery. Jane has over 30 years of experience leading projects for fortune 500 companies and large institutions. Her proactive approach, ability to prioritize competing priorities and drive to produce quality results make her an invaluable team player and strategic partner.
