An experienced project Management Consultant with skills in project Management,Programme Development, Value Chain Analysis and Development,Business Development,market Systems Strengthening and Development. Other skills include Strategic Management, Institutional Capacity Strengthening,Development of Monitoring and Evaluation frameworks, gender analysis and programming including women economic empowerment. Over 15 years experience in programmes as a team leader in livelihoods and women economic programmes in urban, rural and ASAL counties in Kenya. Vast experience in design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks. Excellent skills in undertaking research for progress monitoring and use of community monitoring systems and use of participatory methods in programmes. Skills in institutional development, developing and building networks and partnerships as well as linkage development among a wide range of stakeholders including public and private stakeholders, community development and strengthening of community systems,design and development of capacity building programmes, conflict resolution mechanisms, proposal development, knowledge management and documentation.
