I’m a multidisciplinary strategist with 6+ years of experience improving programs, streamlining operations, and supporting business development across startups, nonprofits and mission-driven organizations. I’m drawn to work that brings clarity to complexity — whether that’s through research, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration or systems thinking. My experience spans a range of initiatives, including facilitating business development workshops, supporting entrepreneurs in validating ideas and navigating regulatory needs, and strengthening internal operations to improve service delivery. I approach problems with curiosity, empathy and structure — always focused on outcomes that are both measurable and meaningful. Currently pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I’m deepening my ability to lead change in environments where it’s most needed. I’m especially interested in roles that bring together strategy, impact and implementation — including operational strategy, economic development, trade and program delivery.
