About Jane Ohern

Jane O’Hern has more than twenty years of experience in financial and management consulting for both the non-profit and for-profit sectors. Her major clients include Massport, the Mass Convention Center Authority, Partners HealthCare, the University of Mass at Boston, Harvard University, and the law firm of Cetrulo LLP. For Partners, she coordinated the annual filing to the Massachusetts Attorney General on community benefit activities for the five acute care hospitals that comprise Partners HealthCare as well as the sub-acute affiliates. At Harvard, she provided organizational and financial management assistance in the acquisition of and transportation planning for the Allston Rail Yard. At the law firm of Cetrulo LLP, she provides financial oversight and analysis services. Most recently she coordinated a transportation plan for the South Boston Waterfront, and implemented a Business Improvement District to provide financial support to the Rose F. Kennedy Greenway. Jane received her Master’s in Management from the Heller School at Brandeis University in 1983.
