As an active Realtor licensee, my book of business over the last 20+ years has included site selection, assemblage, project development, real estate management, marketing, analysis and investment diversification. It was once said: “If real estate is your profession then politics is your business.” And that is an accurate way to describe my career and avocations. As a political consultant and legislative advisor, I have been involved in many campaigns at the local, state and federal levels. From tax reform to regulatory adjustments to Constitutional issues and property rights and land use policy, I understand the logistics of educating members and the public. As a community activist and leader, I have spent many hours developing donor campaigns, planning and executing events, auditing and developing budgets for organizations and businesses and maintaining a strong social media presence and logistics network. I am a published author and photographer, as well as a freelance reporter. Currently seeking a shift to work more within the realm of policy, advocacy, development and or management in the Greater Washington, DC area.
