I have worked in the Call Recording/Wofkforce Optimization space for almost 2 decades and am so excited to join the Dubber Team where we actually take this concept to a new level with Artificial Intelligence. Instead of listening to every recorded call (which nobody really does) just let the machine do it for you - Dubber transcribes the spoken word into text and adds tone and emotion detection providing actionable business intelligence in the form of Voice Data! So now the real value of Call Recording shines through. I am very busy providing demos to both end users and Reseller Candidates - especially those who provide Cisco Products who can order us directly through the CCW process! I hope to catch up with many of my contacts to go over this and the other platforms where we are built-in and ready to go to work for you! I started my career in telecommunications at Northern Telecom and enjoyed introducing VoIP working with Bell South and Southwestern Bell which later became part of AT & T.I was fortunate to work with many great thought leaders there and achieved my target goals consistently. I then transitioned into the Call Recording/Workforce Optimization specialty area when I joined TelStrat. And now I am so thrilled to continue working in this space to bring the latest technology to my network with the Dubber Suite! And on a personal note, I suppose my claim to fame dates back to when I lived in Nashville and took a stand-up comedy course - those were the scariest 4 minutes of my life when each member of the class performed on stage in order to graduate. But hearing the audience respond with laughter was contagious so I did continue to do some local gigs for a while. I still use some of that insight when I do presentations and it helps to keep the interest alive. I'd love to hear from any of you who have had a similar experience!
