Experienced Executive Director with a demonstrated history of successful advocacy for social justice and social change for vulnerable populations. 30 years working in social services with a focus on child welfare system reforms of which 25 years specifically working in non-profit organization strategic development to shape the building of a life saving animal welfare system in Delaware modeled after child welfare by starting Faithful Friends Animal Society.
