I am an administrative and program management professional with extensive experience in contract management, workforce development, and training coordination. My career has spanned roles in higher education, workforce initiatives, and administrative operations, where I’ve built a reputation for strong organizational skills, regulatory compliance expertise, and the ability to manage complex programs from concept to completion. Currently, I serve as a Program Manager with the Construction Trades Workforce Initiative (CTWI), where I oversee pre-apprenticeship programs that connect participants to union apprenticeship opportunities. In this role, I design and deliver training curricula, manage state workforce grants, and foster partnerships with unions, employers, and state agencies to ensure meaningful workforce outcomes. Previously, I coordinated environmental and occupational safety training with the Maryland Center for Environmental Training (MCET), managing state and federal grants, budgets, and compliance reporting while collaborating with government agencies and industry partners.
