Jane is currently an Associate Director in HC Global Business Solutions, LLC. She was a former Senior Associate in the Assurance practice of SGV & Co.(A member firm of Ernst & Young Global, Limited). She has 7 years of in-depth experience in both audit and accounting. She has handled various industries,(Hospital), Japan Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance audit (Agriculture), Singapore clients (Telecommunications, Consumer Products - Retail, Investment Holdings, Construction and Engineering), and Australia clients (Insurance). She also handled offshore audit of Core Accounts, transferring from local audit to Asia-Pacific Talent Hub in June 2014. Her primary responsibilities include reviewing the work of her staff and ensuring quality in delivering client service, preparing and submitting reporting packages and reporting directly to the onshore team. In addition, she also supervises and provides on-the-job coaching to junior staff during the course of the engagement. She was also a member of the audit team for the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) compliance of an international agricultural company. She had performed an understanding and walkthrough of significant business processes and internal controls testing, to identify risk factors and control weaknesses to assist in the evaluation of the client’s internal control structure. Processes covered in the Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Audit were Payroll, Inventory Management, Expenditures, Fixed Assets, Grower’s Advances and Financial Reporting. Currently, she is handling the accounting of U.S. based clients under various industries such as Financial Services and Energy Companies.
