About Jane Reynaud

I am a solutions‐focused senior leader, strategic advisor and partnerships expert. I am extensively experienced in providing the support that uplifts performances and substantially improves outcomes. Customer-facing, my specialist advice is grounded in an advanced aptitude for project management and deep intra-organisational and cross-agency insights. With a demonstrable talent for communication and negotiation, my flair for fostering successful relationships leads to the realisation of overarching visions in even the most complex of environments. I am university-qualified and have more than 15 years’ experience directing collaborations across government, academia, community and industry across the public and private sectors. Most recently, this has seen me assume Directorship of Strategic Collaboration and Operations for the newly established NUW Alliance Consortium, resulting in an anticipated $1 billion, 22nd century education, research- and industry‐integrated project for which I drove new partnerships; developed and delivered a multistakeholder collaboration framework; and led and managed consultation across multiple agencies and communities. As the Executive Officer of Newcastle Airport, I developed and provided effective high-level strategic advice in a politically volatile environment, as well as regulatory approvals and associated government and community advocacy, to drive community impact; regional investment; and economic, industrial and social prosperity. With proven expertise in developing a breadth of initiatives, from institutional performance improvement to state‐significant infrastructure, I deliver the changes that yield sustained positive impact.
