About Jane Rosser

For the past ten years Jane has carved out a niche as an outstanding, results focussed executive coach, capable of drawing upon the latest thinking on how to change mindsets and behaviours to develop greater collaborative working, self-leadership and well-being. Delivering the best for her clients in increasingly challenging environments has brought both growing business success and emotional rewards, with repeat business from corporate clients and coachees offering humbling testimonials. The seeds of becoming a coach were sown during Jane’s earlier career in sales, marketing and training with IDV and Pitcher & Piano, and then nurtured when she became head of HR at the newly formed Caffe Nero. Here she realised that trying to understand and help people succeed in business and in life was her vocation. Working initially as an associate with Fairplace, and more recently with Achieve Breakthrough and Dr Tracey Stead. Jane has also steadily grown an independent client base through her company Song. Here she provides both individual leadership coaching, group coaching and internal coaching-based training initiatives. These draw on personal experience of what are the most effective, leadership competencies, all informed by her fellow Song director Neil Griffiths’ pioneering work in values-based psychology and its impact on decision-making, leadership and well-being. This includes research published in collaboration with psychologists from Royal Holloway and Bournemouth Universities and the London School of Economics. Her corporate specialisation, explored in her masters in Coaching and Behavioural Change and now pursued in her career, is the development of greater organizational agility and different ways of working through coaching for dispersed transformational leadership. In essence this involves working with individuals and teams to develop ethical and sustainable high support/high challenge cultures in which potentials for awareness, problem-solving and creativity are maximised individually and collectively.
