About Jane Scott

Since graduating with a Bachelor of Social Science (Sport Management) in early 2007 I have worked in a number of roles that have allowed me to combine my passion for sport, fitness and recreation, particularly with a customer experience focus. With over 14 years' experience in this industry, I thrive on the being able to assist clients with a personable service en route to their fitness and leisure goals. Key achievements of mine include: •Acting as Business Services Manager of Curtin Stadium multiple times whilst maintaining the workload of my role as Customer Service Coordinator. •Successfully managing a base of over Western Force Members through sales and various forms of communication. •Organising and planning the Western Force travel and logistics for Super Rugby, an International competition. •Coordinating over 60 teams in a programmed sports competition for all ages. •Acknowledgement as a highly valued team member through staff and peer voted workplace recognition. I am motivated to be in a role that will allow and challenge me to: •Be a valuable team member with opportunities to continue my professional and personal development. •Improve and expand my leadership qualities and encourage colleagues to challenge themselves. •Challenge myself by working to set KPI's whilst further developing my management skills.
