Most recently, I’ve worked in the emergency roadside assistance sector, helping people navigate stressful situations with empathy and practical support. Before that, I spent 14 years at New Zealand Post, where I rose to Senior Clerk and trained and supervised others while managing high-volume logistics tasks. I’m now looking for a permanent role where I can continue to make a difference, whether in a contact centre, admin support, or front-facing customer service role.
