Background

About Jane Sleight-Leach

I have facilitated groups, workshops and retreats since 2012. Having several certifications in highly effective, evidence based, trauma informed techniques I am working toward my vision to assist people to release past trauma, to overcome personal challenges and difficult emotional states, and to achieve a life where peace and balance are the norm. I have developed my skills over time to now specialising in post crisis work with women who have experienced domestic and family violence. This area of work is a particular passion, though I do have a very broad range of experience with many clients and a wide spectrum of individual issues. With the dedicated Life 2 Project team, I facilitate retreats, workshops and one on one sessions, offering full price and heavily subsidized places through a Social Enterprise model, sponsorships and other fund creating efforts, that comprehensively and effectively bring emotional relief, develop recovery strategies and build resilience. I embed the teaching of practical skills and techniques for everyday use, working to the four pillars: Heal, Empower, Educate, Connect, which are paramount to the recovery journey. Online resources are now available. Please contact Jane for information and bookings. janesl@protonmail.com
