Passionate about accessibility and inclusion especially in the area of arts and creative expression. Work as community access facilitator to enhance the lives of people with intellectual disabilities to live self-directed lives through Person Centred Planning based on active community participation and inclusion, valued social roles and real life outcomes. Collaborate with Sligo Centre for independent living to establish and event manage Clublandia, Sligo’s fully inclusive and accessible club night for adults since 2022. Project Partner with Hawkswell Theatre Sligo to establish and maintain Shine programme, a programme that provides high-quality drama. music and performance arts workshops to adults with intellectual disabilities. Collaborate with local community organisations to improve accessibility and inclusion to outdoor events and festivals including Sligo County Council, Cairde Sligo Arts Festival, Sligo Summer Festival, Hawkswell Theatre Sligo.
