The key stakeholders include - the service user or patient, staff and carers, families, and friends, all working together. Passionate about the work that we do, to improve carer engagement and collaboration. So, proud that we have achieved Star 2 if the Triangle of Care Accreditation, for the work that we do in the Trust. So proud to be the facilitator for the Staff Carers Together Peer Support group, the aim being to provide a safe space to connect with staff who are also (unpaid) carers, outside of work.
