About Jane Villa

With over a decade of working experience, Jane has gained expertise in various focus fields, including marketing, bids & proposals, purchasing and administration. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a major in Management from St. Paul University Manila. She is currently a Global Market Sector Program Manager for the Industrial Manufacturing sector at Arcadis Consulting Middle East. Jane is a key player in driving the success of the Global Sector Program as Arcadis transitions into a growth organization. She supports the Global Market Sector Director and the (Global) Cabinet and Account Leaders in meeting annual targets by developing and implementing market sector strategies and coordinating with different internal stakeholders in areas that involve reporting, communication, administration, and research analysis, among other activities. Her skills and qualifications also include office management, project management, agile project management, resource planning and allocation, and HR—recruitment and performance evaluation and analysis. She is also highly competent in the fields of proposal writing, presentation, written communication and graphic design, technical documentation and layout. Jane is knowledgeable in various software including Salesforce, Adobe InDesign CS6/CC, Adobe Photoshop CS6, Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photo Editor), Oracle Sales Cloud, and MS Dynamics and SharePoint. Besides her technical skills, she also possesses a strong work ethic that includes skills in problem-solving, meeting deadlines, process improvement, coordination and strategic planning.
