With over 30 years experience, as a people focussed senior R&D executive. I have successfully led multiple international product and packaging teams, delivering significant growth and transformation across the End to End of R&D from innovation to remediation for major organisations Reckitt (RB) and Procter & Gamble. Working across categories within hygiene; health and nutrition; encompassing numerous regulatory and quality standards including medicines, medical devices, infant nutrition, cosmetics, disinfection, biocides and detergents. As the R&D counterpart within the Supply Lead Team; successfully champions R&D improvements supporting the resiliency, productivity and sustainability (ESG) of the portfolio to drive better business outcomes. Passionate about developing individuals & teams and collaborating with cross functional partners to empower improvements in processes and systems. Have lived and worked internationally (UK and China). so am open to working internationally again.
