About Jane Zilch

I guide women-owned businesses and non-profit organizations to move from where they are today to where they want to be, with an emphasis on improving financial efficiency and performance. I provide customized financial analysis and consulting to help clients implement meaningful financial management processes, make sound decisions for the future of their organizations and improve outcomes. I execute with objectivity, candor and a practical approach. As a practiced public speaker and presenter, I’ve developed and/or led workshops in areas such as innovation, financial management, project management and retirement strategies, currently focusing on financial management for women entrepreneurs. I’ve demonstrated commitment to the community through nearly 30 years of non-profit board leadership, membership in grant review teams and facilitation of strategic planning. My volunteer experience includes: mentoring young women; producing, directing and acting in theatre productions; and translating Spanish to English.
