About Janee Henderson

Janee’ V. Henderson, M.Ed, is a Licensed professional counselor and consultant with a decade of experience across a variety of settings such as private practice, inpatient/outpatient mental health, middle and high school as well as community-based organizations providing mental health services in group and individual formats to youth, adults and families. Janee received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Hampton University and a master’s degree from Temple University in Counseling Psychology. She is currently going into her fourth year in the Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology program. Her goal is to help others take control of their lives and respond to challenging situations with healthy coping skills. A core belief is that despite adversity and trials, we each possess specific skills and a level of resiliency that if tapped into we can overcome any of life’s challenges.
