I am an experienced Independent Distributor, business owner an, senior dental practice manager/mentor & coach with a demonstrated history of working in the health & wellness industry. Skilled in Customer Acquisition, Sales, Appointment Making, Claims Handling, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Strong steadfast personality that works well with others! I am a first generation Mexican American. I grew up in Spring, TX. Both my parents instilled a hard working and honorable work ethic in me. I am compassionate with those I lead on a team. I listen to understand.I don't listen to respond. I am known to get right in there and do what it takes to succeed. I never point to lead.I lead by example. It is important to me to work with a team that values each other, shares passion with their roles in the workplace and values family first! I am on a new journey in my life. I'm a mom, with 4 children under the age of 8! I seek opportunities that will allow me to be open and free to enjoy priceless moments with my kids without putting my work before them. I have learned that our life here is short. And I do not want to wake up one morning and think to myself "I should've done that. I should've been there. I could've.I should've. but I didn't!". I am reinventing a newer, better version of myself. My hope is that I can showcase my true colors and fullest potential to one that will value me and what I have to offer. One that will see me as an asset and not a commodity.
