I speak plainly. I ask the hard questions. I work toward solutions that actually make sense, in real life, not just on paper. I care less about legacy systems and more about meaningful progress. When bureaucracy slows us down, I advocate, simplify, and build what people need. After two decades in healthcare, wellness, and advocacy, I’ve learned that clarity is kindness. Realness opens doors. And joy belongs in serious spaces. I bring energy and direction to every room. I don’t settle for “good enough.” And I keep people at the center of everything I do. I make decisions. I stay adaptable. I show up with compassion and conviction, even when the stakes are high. My leadership blends operational clarity with emotional intelligence and it’s grounded in equity, readiness, and relationships that matter. I prepare teams and communities for difficult moments, before they hit. My trauma-informed strategies and care-centered planning are built to prevent crisis and deepen trust. I’ve lived the gaps.
