About Janene Larkins

I’m a Director in the PwC Dutch Deals practice located in Amsterdam, after joining the team from our South African PwC Transaction Services practice. I have c. 7 years experience in providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and other deals related services in various sectors. Since joining PwC NL, I have focussed on the Financial Services Industry ranging from Fintech, vehicle leasing companies, asset management, insurance and real estate transactions. My current role focuses on maintaining client relationships while managing various deal related projects working together with various competencies within our deals practice a.o. valuations, delivering deal value and corporate finance. I was previously an auditor in the PwC Consumer Industrial Products and Services Assurance division largely servicing retail and consumer product clients for c. 3 years. After successfully completing my traineeship in Dec-16 by becoming a registered Chartered Accountant, I joined PwC Netherlands (Assurance) for a short term secondment.
