Main duties included scheduling of meetings and preparing information packs, managing a budget of R 86 with an extensive grouping of cost centers on SAP, negotiating and maintaining warehouse lease contracts, liaising with suppliers, general records management, travel arrangements, vendor creation and maintenance on SAP, PO creation and reporting via SAP, managing tea ladies, cleaning staff and receptionist etc. I have developed effective communication (verbal and written) skills through dealing with internal and external stakeholders in the execution of my previous duties as departmental administrator. My role often required problem solving and solution finding under time pressure. I am a good team player but also work well without supervision and are great with time management and delivering timeous results. I perform well under pressure and is diligent and reliable in all aspects.
