INVESTING IN PEOPLE, ONE PUPIL, ONE DAY AT A TIME." I hold a Ph.D. in Education, an Ed.S. in Education Administration, and an M.A. in Teaching and Language Arts. As Professor of 14 years, I teach at-risk learners Contextualized Reading with a focus to equip and empower students for post-secondary success. My experience in education covers a plethora of skillsets ranging global literary enhancement, curriculum and instruction design, and reading administration. I share my passion, joy, and creativity teaching basic and advanced literary reading skills worldwide using integrated technology to complement all learning styles. I maintain high student retention rates and comfortably interact with university administrators, peer faculty, and students. I ensure learning goals are met by strategically prioritizing tasks, organizing teaching and presentation materials, and developing, planning, and analyzing course curriculum and data. I continually share my expertise and inspiration for learning with colleagues and students by being a college advisor, collaborating with school curriculum administrators, and contributing to the literary world through publication.
