As a Project Manager with over a decade of experience in the IT and project management sectors, I remain deeply passionate about optimizing processes and driving projects that empower organizations to achieve their strategic goals. My mission is to streamline operations and deliver impactful results through effective governance and collaboration. Currently, I work at Pollard Banknote as a project coordinator, where I collaborate closely with the PMO office to optimize project management processes, restructure project governance frameworks, and manage a portfolio of projects that align with organizational priorities. My role allows me to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable value. What excites me most about project management is the opportunity to work with dynamic teams, build innovative solutions, and transform challenges into successes. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, writing songs, and travelling to discover new perspectives and cultures. I'm always eager to connect with like-minded professionals to share insights and foster meaningful relationships.
