Hello! I'm Janet, a Seeded Radio Coordinator at SiriusXM passionate about audio and data analytics. I collaborate with the Music Programming team to develop and optimize 54 Xtra music channels, leveraging data insights to enhance listener engagement and retention. Previously, I interned at SiriusXM’s Radio Andy, where I produced archive episodes, vignettes, and channel promos, contributing to increased audience engagement. I also have experience as a podcast producer, where I analyzed classical music listenership trends and curated diverse content to promote inclusion. My experiences have equipped me with skills in data analysis, content curation, and audience engagement, which I apply to enhance music programming strategies. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new places and cuisines with friends and family. I believe stepping outside one’s comfort zone fosters growth and new experiences.
