After 16 years of escrow experience with Old Republic Title, Janet embraced an exciting opportunity as an Executive Assistant for one of the top producing agents at Lake Tahoe, eventually leading to the position of Office Manager at Mountain Luxury Properties as the brokerage flourished and expanded. Driven by her passion for real estate, she is also extending her portfolio to include real estate sales and mobile notary services, further enhancing her commitment to assisting clients in their property endeavors. Janet's journey in real estate began after graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the esteemed University of Washington. Early in her career, she honed her skills as an Escrow Legal Assistant at Hecker & Feilberg, PS, a distinguished real estate law firm in Seattle. During this time, she acquired a wealth of knowledge about the intricacies of the escrow process and gained invaluable legal expertise in real estate matters. In 1998, Janet relocated to the captivating South Lake Tahoe, where she embarked on her real estate career. Over the course of over 20 years in the Tahoe real estate industry, she has gathered a wealth of experience specific to the Lake Tahoe region, allowing her to develop a profound understanding of the local real estate landscape. Residing in the Meyers area of South Lake Tahoe alongside her husband Mark, son Logan, and beloved dog Max, Janet has immersed herself in the community for the past 25 years.
