I have a Masters of Public Health (MPH) degree and have experience as registered nurse (RN), which enable me to apply my knowledge and skills in public health and nursing to the design, conduct, and oversight of clinical trials.I have over 18 years of experience as a clinical research associate (CRA), including 9 years as an independent contractor CRA for Boehringer Ingelheim, one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. In this role, I performed site management activities for clinical trials in respiratory, dermatology, rare disease and endocrinology, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulations, and quality standards. I also served as a site manager for Respivant Sciences, a biotech company focused on respiratory diseases, where I coordinated and supervised the site initiation, recruitment, monitoring, and close-out processes. Additionally, I have experience in risk-based monitoring, a data-driven approach to optimize trial quality and efficiency.
