Recently managed a portfolio of over square feet,50 acres and 40 corporate tenants, over 1700 employees- Earned the role in property management and was promoted from amenity manager to assistant property manager when my added value was recognized by the principle of Onyx- Helped retain occupancy by providing exceptional customer service and constant attention to detail- Worked closely with in house Real Estate team to prep for tours- Managed and at times, if necessary, negotiated vendor contracts- Collected, reviewed and maintained all tenant and vendor insurance certificates- Tasked with managing the property amenities; 38 Seat Conference Hub and 2200 square foot Fitness Center- Performed regular property inspections for risk management and maintenance- Worked closely with an online APP Team to help Implemented tenant promotions, during COVID 19, to keep tenants that were working from home feel more connected to the property- Managed building projects to ensure efficiency, priorities and that deadlines were met- Scheduled routine vendor maintenance for building systems, HVAC, electrical, life safety, plumbing etc- Managed the upkeep and maintenance of the exterior grounds crew for quality control and tenant safety- Oversee tenant work orders that dispatched building engineers and housekeeping to ensure the needs of the tenants were addressed in a timely and professional manner- Executed all building supply orders for interior and exterior maintenance.
