From 2015-2020, I have volunteered at a soup kitchen with my dad along with members of my church. I have worked at Mary's Meadow (Chicopee, MA) as a student CNA for my 24-hr clinical. I am certified/trained in CPR/Basic Life Support (BLS), Dementia & Alzheimer's Disease Care. Currently attending Clark University (Worcester, MA) in the class of 2024 majoring in biology. I've done research under Dr. Nareg Djabrayan studying epigenetic effects in Drosophila melanogaster. I have also taken the course BIO288: Ecological Restoration taught by Dr. Elizabeth Bone where we participated in Clark's FallFest & a formal presentation to faculty & administration about our 2 major restoration studies & work! During my time at Clark, a skill I lacked in most was presenting. We all get anxious/nervous, but I've learned to improve. I still have a long way to go, but I'm happy with all the skills & knowledge acquired from my college experience!
