With over a decade of experience in accounting and financial management, I have overseen finance, payroll, HR, IT, and admin functions during company growth and post-acquisition transitions, later focusing on regional finance while ensuring compliance and business continuity. My career has been defined by optimizing processes, mitigating policy-driven inefficiencies, and supporting sustainable organizational growth across APAC. At RFMW, I specialize in full-set accounts, payroll, credit control, and cash flow management for multiple entities, while collaborating with auditors, bankers, and tax agents to ensure statutory audit and tax compliance. I also manage regional consolidation and reporting, and contribute to projects in acquisitions, relocations, and transfer pricing. Alongside these responsibilities, I tackle ad-hoc challenges, foster cross-functional collaboration, and provide financial insights that improve decision-making and strengthen business processes.
