About Janet Loduca

I’m known for being an inspirational people leader who develops talent for next. I found that when you focus on your people, your customer experience, operations and results come naturally. This practice ensures a high level of execution and consistent performance. I am unique to retail in that my work history includes being a Director of Financial Operations and Distribution. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to lead a multitude of stores and departments in both the field and corporate office. I’ve been responsible for everything from sales to financial accounting, billing, order processing and inventory management. Over the years I’ve developed and written many procedural and operational manuals have trained hundreds of people and have built a reputation for my ability to develop and promote higher level leaders through out multiple departments in the company. I believe my competitive nature, well-rounded experience along with my commitment and passion to develop those who work for and with me have contributed to my success.
