With an emphasis on poverty alleviation, workforce development, child welfare, fundraising and managing budgets in excess of $20 MM, expertise includes fundraising, program design and implementation, outcomes measurement and performance improvement, third party accreditation and certification, grant/contract management, curriculum design and staff professional development. Has lead capacity-building training and consultation to assist non-profits with program development and enhanced service delivery. Is certified by National Career Development Association as a Career Development Facilitator Master Trainer and E-Learning Instructor. In 2009-10 was an Aspen Institute Marano Fellow in the Sector Skills Academy.
