Business Development: • Introduces Brock’s SmartSuite Airport IT software solutions to the market • Builds and nurtures business relations and supports airports and airlines with baggage and passenger processing business cases Proposal Development • Leads sales presentations in support of proposal submissions, addresses customer questions, and negotiates with customer stakeholders • Maintains on-going communication with customer stakeholders throughout project lifecycles, and works with customers for the long term to identify and act on continuous-improvement initiatives in support of the initial project launches • Works with 8 airports, 7 airlines and 3 government agencies • Client, internal, and third-party interactions • Vendor-neutral technical focus, with systems built using various technologies such as Siemens, Rockwell, GE, Wonderware, Schneider, DeviceNet, Profibus, RSLinx, Marathon, Kepware, among others Proposal Writer: • Served on a proposal development team responsible for writing BHS (Baggage Handling System), EDS (Explosive Detection System), HBS (Hold Baggage Screening) System proposals outlining controls and software solutions for international airports, airlines, national-scale chain-retail warehousing & distribution and postal and courier • PLCs, HMIs, communication protocols, electrical system architectures, upper-level sortation software such as MIS (Management Information System), SAC (Sort Allocation Controller), MDS (Maintenance Diagnostic System), FIDS (Flight Information Display System) • $ ranges between $500K to 8+M • Submitted to many of the world’s largest airports and airlines Specialties: Passenger Processing Baggage Tracking and Processing
