Developing, with the team, effective collaboration and communication plans is a top priority to keep everyone on the same page and marching toward the same flag. What do I bring to an organization? Dedication, attention to detail, strong communication at all levels, collaborative relationships and a strong focus on user and client success! My success toolbox includes discovery workshops, business analyst work, translation of business requirements into functional specifications, UX heuristic analysis within large, multifaceted projects, the development of teams that include UX/UI, design and development resources; and, project management at all stages, including training and documentation.
