With twenty years of experience in health service delivery, health systems strengthening, human resources for health (HRH) and quality improvement in Kenya’s public, private, and faith-based sectors. History of working on USAID health projects with IntraHealth International and Pathfinder International. Skilled in project leadership and management, leading high performing teams, HIV, family planning, reproductive maternal neonatal, child and adolescent health, monitoring and evaluation, knowledge management, proposal and report writing, people management, donor and stakeholder relationship building, leadership and governance, budgeting, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and global health. Has experience managing a USD 53 million 5-year project; highest workforce on project being 50 staff; has provided direct technical supervision to 25 staff and 9 advisors to key government of Kenya institutions.
