Background

About Janet Preuss

As an experienced life sciences professional with deep expertise in the commercialisation of therapeutics, I help companies guide their innovations from concept to market with strategic, regulatory, and operational excellence. As the founder of two complementary businesses, I deliver a unique combination of consulting and talent acquisition services to the biotechnology and life sciences sectors. Through my consulting company, QRC Solutions, I partner with therapeutic developers to build and strengthen Quality Management Systems (QMSs), conduct QMS audits, develop regulatory affairs strategies for a range of therapeutics, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, IVDs and biologics, and prepare high-quality regulatory submissions to regulatory authorities worldwide for those products. I also develop clinical trial strategies and author a full suite of clinical trial documentation. Finally, for early stage start-ups, I write business plans and top-level corporate documents that support funding, growth and market readiness. Through my executive search and recruitment firm, I connect biotechnology and life sciences organisations with the senior talent they need to achieve their goals, from research leadership to commercialisation experts through to top-level governance roles. Bringing together scientific understanding, regulatory insight, and industry networks, I help organisations navigate the complex pathway to bringing therapeutics to patients — and building the teams that make it possible.
