I am ready for a Director Level position! I have a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota in Personnel Administration and held a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI for mamy years. I was also a long-standing member of the Society of Human Resource Management. I have over 30 years of progressive experience covering all aspects of Human Resources, such as recruiting, training, benefits administration, policy development, employment law, employee relations, management consultation, job design/analysis, organizational and compensation structure development. I understand how to select and retain the quality of employees that make an organization a leader in its industry. I am well versed at handling the most complex types of employment issues, and I am an expert in all areas of employee benefits. I would like to obtain a position in an organization that will maximize the use of my advanced skills and knowledge in human resource management. I am driven to make a difference and committed to creating a culture of inclusion, personal growth, and integrity that will promote work life balance and optimum productivity.
