With 15 years at National Valuation Consultants and a total of 40+ years in the real estate industry, I specialize in hospitality real estate valuation, consulting, and appraisal. As Senior Vice President of the Hospitality Division, I lead initiatives in market feasibility, highest and best use analysis, and financial modeling for diverse lodging property types, including boutique hotels, extended stay, and full-service portfolios. Specialty property types include resorts, golf clubs, and hot springs operations.
