I'm an experienced Senior Director of US Sales and National Accounts. I have a proven track record of success in building and leading a high functioning sales team of Sales Development Representatives, New Business Account Executives and Strategic Account Managers in order to exceed company growth goals in highly competitive acute and non acute care markets. I focus on revenue acceleration and growth. I’m experienced in developing an opportunity management system, establishing playbooks, compensation plans development, and overall setting strategy for US Sales. In addition, I have extensive experience with managing the corporate relationship within large National Accounts/IDN's across the country. I manage the GPO relationships within Premier and Healthtrust along with Distribution partnerships with Medline. I excel in matrix management through collaborating with leadership, sales, contracts, and marketing to negotiate and execute agreements. I’ve been recently recognized by The Healthcare Technology Report as one of Houston’s Top 25 Leaders in 2022.
