About Janet Tolbert

I have worked in the medical clerical/administrative field for many years with experience in all facets of medical office practice. I have worked in the fields of neurology (at Bellevue Hospital Center, New York), oncology (Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Institute), internal medicine (St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center, New York) and pediatrics (Children's Healthcare of Atlanta). My job duties have included preparing NIH grants, preparing charts and assisting physician during office hours, registering patients to be seen (in both inpatient and outpatient settings), preparing blood draws to be sent to labs using centrifuge when necessary, scheduling appointments and surgical procedures and preparing yearly budgets and statistical evaluations for specific departments.
