Background

About Janet Varga

I am an Insolvency Counselor for Bromwich + Smith and have 24 years experience assisting financially challenged individuals through the initial consultation and assisting them through the administration of their bankruptcy or proposal process. I have helped people aged 17 to 92, with debts as low as to well over a million dollars. Prior to moving to Kelowna, B.C, I worked for 11 years in loans with a major bank, worked in the finance office for a Chrysler dealership and own rental properties. I have an extensive background in customer service, strong financial, administrative background and understand what it takes to help people with any potential difficulties they are having. Bromwich + Smith is a large firm across Canada, and see you as a person and not just another number. I am committed to helping individuals and small businesses find the best option to resolve financial difficulties and take the necessary steps to financial stability. My past and present experience has allowed me to acquire considerable public relation skills as I have associated directly with the general public and many prominent local business people. In these capacities, I have dealt with matters requiring client confidentiality, discretion and trust. This has led me to develop a highly professional work ethic. Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, camping, ATV’s, hiking in the Okanagan Sunshine, and traveling.
